Dr. Pearl Brower has worked in the Arctic for over 20 years. She has a background in Higher Education, Tribal Education, Indigenous Studies, and Social Sciences. Brower led Alaska’s Only Tribal College, Ilisagvik College, for many years and today is the President/CEO of Ukpeagvik Inupiat Corporation, one of Alaska’s top 10 companies.
