Suzanna Caldwell is a communications and program leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning climate technology, solid waste innovation, and journalism in Alaska. She is the former Deputy Director of the Tech Deployment Track at Launch Alaska, where she led a startup accelerator supporting energy, transportation, and industrial climate solutions and built partnerships among startups, government, and communities. Previously, she managed the Municipality of Anchorage’s recycling program, including overseeing public education, helping to develop major solid waste infrastructure projects, and the launch of new organics and glass recycling initiatives. She started her career as a newspaper reporter in Alaska, working at both the Anchorage Daily News and Fairbanks Daily News-Miner.
