Areas of Expertise:
Victoria serves as Grants Program Coordinator in the IARC Business Office. She has a Master’s in Arctic and Northern Studies from the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and most recently served as the Director and PI of Student Support Services (TRIO) Classic & STEM grants at UAF. She also serves on the national board of the Council for Opportunity in Education as co-chair of the International Access Committee.
