IARC Salons
A recurring seminar series hosted by a new set of graduate students or early career scientists each year
Salons are usually held monthly during the academic year. Themes vary widely and can range from physical or social science topics, to emerging concerns or issues at the confluence of science, society or career development.
The salon format is casual and several speakers share in a conversation surrounding a central theme, followed by questions.
